Also, 1 of the 2 elevators in our towers was broken all weekend. Hotel is too expensive for the condition of rooms and lack of cleanliness. Good almost 2 hours for them to clean my room so we could not shower and clean up before team dinner. Hot housekeeping manager up there, she was grossed out, apologized offered 20% discount. Come back to room after long day at ballpark and commode still has hit and new comforter has a long black hair on it. I insisted on comp for the night and she agreed. 11 pm, tired boy, early game, not realistic. Went to front desk in morning showed pics and was offered $60 discount on my $330 room and asked repeatedly why I did not come down last night when I found the issues. I had to sleep with only the sheet because I was grossed out. The comforter on my bed had some type of dead bug smushed on it that was excreting yellow. After dinner taking over 2 hours, had to get boys to bed quickly. Returned with only time to change and head to eat because boys were starving and it was getting late. Arrived with only time to drop bags and leave. Before I wrote about the issues with The cleanliness of our room, I will say that the hotel did comp our room, but only at my insistence.
